ORDER
[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, alleging that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the 2nd Respondent herein, has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition, seeking production of the detenu.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.94 of 2017, for the offence under Sections 454 and 380 I.P.C., the detenu was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2019, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthangarai. He further submitted that the family members of the detenu, who have been enquired, have been sent off, after completion of the enquiry.

Recording the above submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
