Heard Mrs.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order impugned in this Writ Petition is an order giving effect to the order passed by the Joint Commissioner and the said order of the Joint Commissioner was put to challenge in W.P.No.4653 of 2007, and the same was disposed of on 23.03.2001.

3.Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed and the authority will abide by the decision to be taken pursuant to the order in W.P.No.4653 of 2007 dated 23.03.2011. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
