This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.6(b) of an order, dated 03.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14750 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the case is under investigation, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
