This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5666/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3298 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 to appear before the investigation officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the case is committed and thereafter, report before the committal Court on all hearing dates.
