(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, in his wisdom, has taken recourse to a remedy of an injunction suit in which authorities are already parties, as also the private party against whom he makes the grievance. cannot be a ground to file the present petition seeking practically the same relief.

2.Writ petition stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3545 of 2016 also stands dismissed.
