ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of Respondent in TNSE.1 / 10 / 2014 (TNSE. 1 / 8 / 2001) dated 20.09.2022.

2. Since there was no representation for the petitioner on the previous hearing i.e., on 05.06.2026, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, the petitioner has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. The writ petition is pending from 2022.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. K.SURENDER,J.
