Crl.M.P.No.16563 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16563 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.14589 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12285 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2022 by order dated 12.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12285 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2022 by order dated 12.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
