COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners, on our query, states that the petitioners have no right to be on the land, but that some time may be given to vacate. If that is the position, the petitioners may file an undertaking before the respondent authorities to vacate within a reasonable period of time and abide by the same or in the alternative, the respondents are free to proceed against the property in question. 2.Writ petitions, accordingly, stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.35454 to 35460 of 2016 also stand dismissed.
