This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4900 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.384 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
