This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12207 of dated 01.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 4.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12207 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 4.30 p.m., until further orders.
