Crl.M.P.No.16533 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16533 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24657 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2022 by order dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2022 by order dated 12.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Arcot Police Station, Tamil Nadu on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
