SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1130 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the above appeal; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on the record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant in the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, for the delay. Since the relationship is not in dispute, these petitions are ordered.
