This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.66 of 2016, pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been referred as "Limitation Barred".
