This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order this Court dated 06.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.8960 of 2016 under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This is also confirmed by the learned Addl. Government Pleader.
