2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, placing reliance upon the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, submits that there is no move as alleged as of now. Thus, we find that there is no basis for the habeas corpus petition. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
