The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9235 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions and that investigation is almost completed; petitioner has no previous case.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
