Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent herein for contempt of wilfully disobeying the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38204 of 2016.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 03.11.2016 made in W.P.No.38204 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions and after producing the file, submits that an enquiry was conducted after due Notice to the petitioner and thereafter, an order was passed against the delinquent officer and the order was also communicated to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputes the receipt of the order.

From the files, it appears that action has been taken against the delinquent officer. Inasmuch as the petitioner's counsel disputes the factum of receipt of order, we direct the contemnor to send another copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy on the receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
