The petition is filed to quash the Criminal complaint FIR in Crime No.19 of 2020, pending investigation by the first respondent police,. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that compromise been arrived between the petitioner and the defacto complainant who is the second accused herein. If it is so, it is open to the parties to appear before the Investigation Officer, record their compromise and withdraw the complaint.
