COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 5th respondent had considered the petitioners' representation and passed orders and hence, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to challenge the order passed by the 5th respondent. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and it is open to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the 5th respondent, in accordance with law. No costs.
