Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The first petitioner would aver that the certified copy of the fair order dated 12.03.2024 was misplaced and fresh copy application was filed and in that process, delay of 45 days occurred in preferring this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 45 days is hereby condoned.
