The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 19.10.2022 and pass orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that against the order passed by the second Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has preferred an revision before the first respondent on 19.10.2022, but the same was not disposed of. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the appeal pending, the 4th respondent colluded with the Revenue Officials and attempted to create law and order problem. However it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to dispose of his revision dated 19.10.2022 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 2/5

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the orders will be passed in the revision filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

6. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner on 19.10.2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the aggrieved parties if any.

7. With the above terms, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.11.2022 Speaking Order : Yes/ No Index : Yes/ No smn 3/5
