This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry and to file final report in Crime No.622 of 2022 dated 17.12.2022. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this case is complicated in the sense that the layers of transactions have to be identified and sought three months time from today to complete the investigation.

In view of the submission made, the time as prayed for by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is granted. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and the respondent police is directed to conduct the investigation as expeditiously as possible and in any event the final report shall be filed within a period of three months from today. 4.
