2.Today, when the criminal original petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the trail in STC No.928 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, has been completed and the case stands posted for judgment. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed a petition seeking for clarification.

4. Taking into consideration the stage of the case, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending and accordingly, the Criminal Originl Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 05.11.2024 raa 2/3
