ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise enquiry.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by one Ethirajalu, a CSR No.195 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the complaint of the defacto complainant has now been transferred to Central Crime Branch, Tiruppur, the second respondent herein.
4. In such view of the matter, it is for the second respondent to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner under Section 35(3) of BNSS for enquiry and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear for enquiry and co-operate with the investigation. If any cognizable offence is made out, the First Information Report shall be registered and proceed as per law.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
