The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 151 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal against the order passed in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2015 dated 02.09.2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Since, the appellant is in prison and the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is satisfied, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal , if the papers are otherwise in order.
