Crl.O.P.No.14320 of 2017 Crl.O.P.No.14320 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

The petitioners, who were apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 408, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.03 of 2017 seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners have been granted interim bail on 02.08.2017. It is however stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent that after investigation further action had been dropped and referred charge sheet had been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court and copy had also been given to the defacto complainant. It is now for the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court to pass necessary and appropriate orders.

3. In view of the fact that further action had been dropped, at this stage, anticipatory bail would not lie. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition.
