This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.392 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.761 of 2019 and submitted its before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
