The application has been filed by the plaintiffs seeking leave to file a reply statement to the written statements filed by the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th defendants. 2.It had been stated in the written statement that the deceased G.S.Mani had executed a Will dated 16.03.2019, which had been found by the said defendants/3-6 only recently. To that extent, the plaintiffs seek permission to file reply a statement.

3.Since the statement about the Will is a new fact which had been mentioned in the written statement, the plaintiffs will have to be given necessary permission to state their version.

4. In view of that particular reason, this petition stands allowed. 17.11.2022 1/2 kp
