The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant/Insurance Company would submit that the notice sent to the first respondent was returned as 'no such person'. Despite much efforts, he could not serve notice on the first respondent. Hence this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is seen from the bundle, that this Court vide its order dated 11.09.2023 already ordered substitute service. But, now the petitioner has filed this petition. However, the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on the first respondent's last known address by effecting paper publication in one issue of 'Dhina Malar', having wide circulation. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court on or before 11.10.2023.

This petition is ordered, accordingly.
