The sole petitioner died long back. Even till today, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. It shows that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have no interest to proceed with the civil revision petition. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
