This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to hand over the Eicher Lorry bearing Registration No. TN 24 P 5016 to the petitioner keeping under the custody of respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in the present Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous, since it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has taken custody of the said lorry on 25.10.2019 itself. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
