O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged the suspension order in this writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.V.R.Appaswamee, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner claims that he has given several representations seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order. According to her, despite the same, till date, no final orders have been passed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that even though the petitioner has challenged the suspension order, she will be satisfied if her representation seeking for revocation of the suspension order is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

6. For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2022 seeking for revocation of the suspension order dated 25.11.2021 passed against her, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
