ORDER

This Court, granted anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 to 4 herein/petitioners therein by order dated 02.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27364 of 1/3

2024, wherein, granted time only 15 days for surrender and executing the surety K.RAJASEKAR, J.

ssi bond. Since the anticipatory bail petitioners have not execute the surety bond within the time prescribed, the respondent police arrested the first respondent/J.Shiva Anand and subsequently released on bail. Similarly, R2/J.Renuka, R3/J.Saravanan and R4/S.Ramya have also not executed the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. Since the bail petitioners have not come forward to execute the sureties within the time fixed by this Court, the anticipatory bail granted to the bail petitioners/respondents 1 to 4 stands automatically cancelled. Hence there is no need for further order of cancellation of anticipatory bail on this ground.
