ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Special Court No.1, Jayamkondam, Ariyalur District, to dispose of O.S.No.136 of 2020 within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. He filed the suit for partition in O.S.No.114 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Court, Jayamkondam, Ariyalur District. The said suit was subsequently transferred to the Special Court No.1 Jayamkondam and got re-numbered as O.S.No.136 of 2020.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that the suit has been adjourned from 22.12.2021 for the purpose of filing of the written statement without any substantial progress. Therefore, this court is inclined to issue direction to the court below 2/4

to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
