No. 509/2 Nandivaram Village Chengalpet Taluk and District presently Kancheepuram District. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority, viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer and has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
