When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that by earlier order of this Court, the Appellant was directed to cause notice on the Respondents.

2.The Appellant is directed to issue notice to the Respondents through private mode as well as through e-mail through the Station House Officer [Inspector of Police], Kumbalgodu Police Station, Bangaluru City to be served on the Respondents. Also the Appellant is directed to issue notice to the Respondent/party both through private mode and through e-mail and through the Internet service of the police network.
