ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to interfere in the matter in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the appellate remedy has been availed of and an application has been filed for interim relief. It is for the appellate authority to consider both the aspects.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the issue of interim relief will be taken up within two weeks from today.

The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.35550 and 35551 of 2016 are closed.
