Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to depute a Surveyor to inspect, survey and to measure the said properties and to report the actual management and boundaries of the petitioner's properties in Survey No.889/2 measuring an extent of 0.12 cents and in Survey No.890/2, measuring an extent of 1.22 acres situate at Thuppuganapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Royakottai Sub-Registrar District, Krishnagiri District, based on the online application No.2024/0123/31/004466 dated 10.08.2024. 1/4

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey and measure her property situated in S.Nos.889/2 and 890/2 at Thuppuganapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Royakottai Sub-Registrar District, Krishnagiri District, by considering her online application in Application No.2024/0123/31/004466 dated 10.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by her under a sale deed dated 29.05.2009. She submitted online application dated 10.08.2024 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by 2/4

this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.08.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
