O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to survey his property comprised in S.No.392/1B situated at Kethunayakkanpatti Pudur Village, Kadaympatti Taluk, Salem District, by considering his application dated 21.06.2024.

2. The petitioner herein claims right over the above mentioned property under the registered settlement deed dated 02.02.2009 executed by his mother. The petitioner submitted online application on 21.06.2024 seeking survey of the patta and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Advocate, who 2/5

takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.06.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner, private respondents and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
