ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the notification of the second respondent dated 14.09.2023, quash the same in so far as not including the name of the Petitioner in the list of candidates for physical certificate verification and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner for physical certificate verification to be held on 22.09.2023 or on any other date.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that she has applied for the post of Junior Rehabilitation Officer as per the notification issued by the respondent dated 09.12.2022 and it is the contention that the petitioner comes under the category of Scheduled Caste and has acquired overall 9th rank and 2nd position in communal rank. As per the notification, after completion of onscreen certificate verification, the list of eligible candidates for the physical certificate verification will published in the ratio of 1:3. Therefore, according to her, ratio of 1:3 has to be called for physical certificate verification, whereas, only, 17 persons are called for the physical certificate verification. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the physical certificate verification.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted 2/4
that there were 35 people at the ratio of 1:5. A Committee has been constituted in this regard for assessing the knowledge and two years experience in rehabilitation. In this regard, the Committee after assessment had rejected 18 persons as not suitable. Thereafter, only the letters were issued to the remaining 17 persons. The petitioner is not qualified as per the expert opinion.
4. Such view of the matter, as a matter of right, the petitioner cannot seek such participation, as the recruitment agency has appointed an expert committee to look into the certificates. Hence, this Court is of the view that every person cannot seek opportunity to explain their stand before the authorities, if such request is acceded the same will lead to uncertainty and no recruitment process will be finalised.
5. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in the case and this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
