The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025 and to revoke the Petitioner's suspension order issued by the respondent herein in RC.No.A3/1126/2024 dated 20.03.2024 within a limited time frame".

2. The petitioner was initially appointed as a Field Surveyor in the year 2013. Thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Town Sub Inspector of Survey in the year 2022. While so, the petitioner was implicated in a false criminal case. The case is yet to be charge sheeted. In these circumstances, the petitioner was placed under prolonged suspension by the respondent herein by order dated 20.03.2024 w.e.f., 12.03.2024.

3. A detailed representation dated 15.07.2025 to revoke the 2/5

suspension has been sent by the petitioner. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation has not been disposed of to date, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
