ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu Rajesh, Son of Chinnakrishnan was arrested on 13.09.2024 and the second detenue Leka Mary, Wife of Rajesh, was arrested by the police on 12.09.2024. 2.Since the detenus were arrested in connection with a criminal case, they are not under illegal detention. Thus, the Habeas Corpus Petition is not entertainable and stands closed.
