ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.07.2025 wherein the
petitioner has questioned one of the bye-law governing the 6th respondent society as violative of the statutory provision and consequently, the petitioner questioned his removal by placing reliance upon that bye-law.

Heard Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
