W.M.P.No.28261 of 2022 in W.P.No.25530 of 2022 P.T.ASHA.J, This petition is filed by the petitioner to implead the proposed respondent namely Perambur Cooperative Building Society Limited as the 3rd respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the writ petition on 11.12.2024.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded parties in the main writ petition, returnable by 11.12.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
