This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23410 of 2022 on 28.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet in C.C.No.313 of 2022 has been filed before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai .
