The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioner from land measuring one acre 1.00 cent in Hectare 1.08.0 situated at S.No.66/8, Kotterpattu Village, Tindivanam Taluk without following due process of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 6th respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had already been dispossessed from the subject property and patta also has been granted in favour of the 6th respondent. Admittedly, the Civil Suits are pending between the parties and therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court of law.
