O R D E R

Against the order passed in W.P.No.2522 of 2010 dated 26.07.2013, the widow of the deceased employee had earlier filed a contempt petition No.1068 of 2020, in which it was recorded that the interest on the belated payment has been calculated and paid to the petitioner. The same order passed by the writ Court dated 26.07.2013 is the subject matter in the Contempt Petition.

2. Hence, this second Contempt Petition cannot be sustained. However, in view of the compliance recorded in the similar Cont.P.No.1068 of 2020, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
