This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 from laying drainage or causing interference with respect to the petitioner' property comprised in T.S.No.107 bearing Old S.No.151/2C part, situated at Ward No.B, Block No.30 at Athipattan Street, Arakkonam Town & Taluk,

3. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 that pursuant to the order, dated 28/4/2017, passed by this Court, authorities have taken a deviation in laying the drainage channel.

5. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
