ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioners is that they have not encroached on any Odai poramboke. But on a complaint of third parties, an enquiry was being held which is not concluding, despite the petitioners being repeatedly called for an enquiry.

2. We thus direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry in respect of S.No.42/1 to 42/4 situated in Kanagagiri village, Sangagiri Taluk, Salem District within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of the copy of this order.
