It is not disputed before us that the orders have not been complied with and the second respondent is in breach.

2. The Registry is directed to register suo motu contempt proceedings against the second respondent.

3. Admit. Let statutory notice be issued to the second respondent as to why he should not be proceeded against and punished in accordance with law for willful disobedience of the orders of the Court.

4. Reply be filed within four weeks.

5. List on 6.3.2017. The contemnor to remain present in the Court on that date.

The writ petition need not be listed any further.
